Help & Information

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about karaoke rental in Metro Vancouver.

Booking and How It Works

It's simple. You choose a package, submit your event details and contact info, and we send you a quote with the total including tax. Once you confirm and pay a deposit, your date is locked in. On the day of your event, we deliver, set up the equipment, and return after your event to pick it up.

For weekend events, we recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance. For weddings, grad nights, and larger events, aim for 4 to 8 weeks. Last-minute bookings are sometimes available depending on our schedule — submit a request and we'll let you know.

Your event date, location, event type, number of guests, the package you're interested in, and your contact details. The more details you provide upfront, the faster we can confirm.

We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Contact us directly by phone or email for same-week availability. We cannot guarantee availability for last-minute bookings.

We'll review your request and reach out within 24 hours to confirm availability and provide a final quote. Once you approve the quote and pay the deposit, your booking is confirmed.
