Damage Deposit & Payment Policy
- 01A refundable damage hold is required for all rentals. The amount varies by package.
- 02The damage hold is returned in full after equipment is picked up and inspected with no damage.
- 03A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Balance is due before or on the event day.
- 04BC PST of 7% applies to all rentals and is included in your final quote.
- 05Travel fees may apply for locations outside our core Metro Vancouver service area. These are shown in your quote before you confirm.

Yes. Weekend pricing (Friday evening through Sunday) is slightly higher than weekday pricing. Exact prices are shown for each package above.
The prices listed are before BC PST (7%). PST is automatically added and shown in your instant quote when you go through the booking flow.
Yes. A refundable damage hold is required for all rentals. The hold is fully released after we pick up the equipment and confirm there's no damage.
A deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event. Payment details are confirmed in your booking.
Delivery is included in our core service area (most Metro Vancouver cities). A travel fee may apply for outer areas like White Rock, South Langley, or locations outside the core area. Any travel fees are shown in your quote before you confirm.
Yes, in most cases. Contact us as early as possible if you want to change your package. Changes are subject to availability.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event receive a deposit refund minus a small processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may forfeit the deposit. We always try to work with you if plans change.
